At Wellness Key Center®, we use InBody® tracking to help clients better understand their starting point and monitor changes over time during wellness or body contouring programs.

Most services have little to no downtime, and many clients return to normal daily activities right away.
Some services may cause temporary warmth, mild redness, tenderness, light suction marks, or skin sensitivity depending on the treatment performed. Advanced skin services such as peels or microneedling may require specific aftercare instructions.

Skin care clients may need a single facial, a short series, or monthly maintenance depending on their skin goals.

For body contouring sessions, we recommend arriving well-hydrated, eating light, and avoiding alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Please arrive with clean skin in the treatment area and avoid heavy lotions, oils, or creams before your session. Wear comfortable clothing and let us know about any recent changes in your health, medications, skin sensitivity, or comfort level.

After body services, we recommend drinking water, keeping light movement in your day, and avoiding alcohol, very hot baths, saunas, or intense heat for the first 24–48 hours when possible.
After skin services, follow your specific aftercare instructions. This may include avoiding strong exfoliants, retinoids, direct sun exposure, picking, waxing, or aggressive products until your skin is ready. Daily SPF is strongly recommended.

Yes. Wellness Key Center® offers microneedling-related services in accordance with applicable Florida licensing requirements.
These services are performed by a provider who holds an active Florida tattoo artist license, and they are offered only in compliance with the legal and operational requirements that apply to tattooing-related procedures in Florida.
Microneedling is cosmetic in nature and not a medical diagnosis or medical treatment. A consultation may be required before booking to review goals, suitability, aftercare, and whether the service is appropriate for you.

Our current services focus on cosmetic body contouring, skin care, facials, peels, acne-prone skin support, Power Plate®, InBody® 570 tracking, wellness guidance, and select advanced skin services within applicable licensing requirements.
Any future injectable or medical-aesthetic services would only be added with the proper licensed medical provider, medical director structure, protocols, and legal compliance in place.
